Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement entered into with Little Livo. By placing an order via the Little Livo webshop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions and the associated policies.

Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Webshop: the digital online store of Little Livo, accessible via www.littlelivo.nl
Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Little Livo.
Agreement: any legally binding agreement between Little Livo and the customer, including these general terms and conditions.
Product(s): all items offered by Little Livo via the webshop.

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Little Livo.
2.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if confirmed in writing by Little Livo in advance.
2.3 If one or more provisions prove to be null and void or voidable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.

Article 3 – Offer and conclusion of the agreement
3.1 All offers are non-binding and valid as long as stocks last.
3.2 An agreement is concluded as soon as Little Livo has confirmed the customer's order.
3.3 Little Livo reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach additional conditions thereto. A refusal will be communicated to the customer within a reasonable period, at the latest within five working days.

Article 4 – Prices, payment and promotions
4.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 Little Livo reserves the right to adjust prices, for example due to legal or regulatory changes.
4.3 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4.4 Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Article 5 – Shipping and delivery
5.1 Little Livo aims to ship orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 3:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
5.2 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
5.3 Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods. No rights can be derived from delays.
5.4 If timely delivery is not possible, the customer will be informed and a suitable alternative will be proposed.
5.5 Any problems regarding delivery must first be reported to the carrier.
5.6 Little Livo is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5.7 Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered successful, unless demonstrable negligence is proven.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without stating reasons. The returned product must have been received by Little Livo within this period.
6.2 During the cooling-off period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care. Products that are unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons, as well as sealed products of which the seal has been broken, are excluded from return.
6.3 The withdrawal must be reported to Little Livo in writing or by e-mail within the withdrawal period.
6.4 The costs for return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6.5 The risk of loss or damage during the return shipment lies with the customer, unless Little Livo has facilitated the return process.
6.6 After receipt of the return shipment, Little Livo will refund the amount due within 14 days.
6.7 Orders placed as a pre-order cannot be canceled before delivery.

Article 7 – Warranty and complaints
7.1 Little Livo guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and with the normal requirements of soundness and usability.
7.2 Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
7.3 If a complaint is found to be justified, Little Livo will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price.
7.4 Complaints can be submitted via the contact details on the webshop and will be answered within 14 days.
7.5 Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, insufficient maintenance or unauthorized repairs is not covered by the warranty.

Article 8 – Liability
8.1 The liability of Little Livo is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8.2 Little Livo is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage or loss of profit.
8.3 The customer indemnifies Little Livo against claims from third parties with regard to the delivered products.

Article 9 - Privacy
9.1 Little Livo processes personal data carefully and confidentially.
9.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and Little Livo's privacy policy.
9.3 The customer has the right to view, correct and have his or her personal data deleted.

Article 10 – Force majeure
10.1 If Little Livo cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, it is entitled to suspend or dissolve the agreement.
10.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Little Livo.

Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes
11.1 All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

Article 12 – Amendment
12.1 Little Livo reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.
12.2 Minor changes can be implemented immediately.
12.3 Major changes will take effect 30 days after publication.
