Return Policy

Return Period
You can return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging, including labels, accessories, and any manuals.

Exclusions from Returns
Not all items are eligible for return. Returns are excluded for, among others:

  • Products custom-made or personalized specifically for you
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken

Return Procedure
Would you like to return a product? Please follow the steps below:

  1. Register your return by contacting our customer service via info@littlelivo.nl or via the contact form on the website.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive further instructions for the return shipment. Returns should be sent to our return address in the Netherlands.
  3. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  4. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a confirmation by email. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment service, it may take a little longer or shorter for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact our customer service and clearly state which product you wish to receive. Exchanges depend on the availability of the product and follow the same procedure as returns.

Damaged or Defective Products
Have you received a product that is damaged or defective? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to provide photos so that we can assess the problem and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

Cancelling an Order
Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to process the cancellation, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order is already being processed. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it upon receipt according to our return policy.
