Shipping Policy

At Little Livo, we strive to process and deliver every order as quickly and carefully as possible. This shipping policy explains what you can expect from us.

Order Processing
Orders placed and fully paid for on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Times
We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days after dispatch. Free shipping applies to orders over €30. Please note that delivery times may vary during promotional periods and holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a track & trace code, so you can track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

Loss or Damage
Little Livo is not liable for loss or damage that occurs during transport by the carrier. However, we will assist where possible in investigating the shipment and filing a claim with the carrier if necessary. In case of problems, please contact us via the contact form or via info@littlelivo.nl.

Changing the Delivery Address
Please check during checkout that the delivery address is entered correctly. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order is shipped, but this cannot be guaranteed once the shipping process has started.
