At Little Livo, we ensure that your order is delivered to your home quickly and safely! We ship all our orders via PostNL.

Shipping costs
At Little Livo, you always pay the standard shipping rate of €4.95 for your order, regardless of the size of your order. For orders over €30, shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium are free. We want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

Processing and shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily track your order via the PostNL website.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days, depending on your location and PostNL's busyness.

Delivery to your address
We ensure that your package is delivered safely to your home. Not home? Then the delivery driver will try to deliver the package to your neighbors or schedule a new delivery attempt.

Responsibility for delivery
From the moment the package is handed over to PostNL, the responsibility for delivery lies with PostNL. Little Livo is not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier or other external circumstances.

Returns

At Little Livo, we believe it's important that you are happy with your purchase. Not satisfied? You can return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure they are undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products.

Return procedure
Of course, we hope you are happy with your order, but it can always happen that something is not entirely to your liking. No problem - the product can be returned up to 14 days after receipt.

Please note that we can only accept products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged cannot be returned. The shipping costs and risk of the return shipment are at your own expense. We recommend dropping off your package at a PostNL point and asking for a 3S code (track & trace) - this way you can always track your package.

To process the return quickly, it is important to include the packing slip, invoice, or a short note with your details in the return shipment.

Refund
After receiving and checking the returned items, you will receive a confirmation by email. We aim to process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the amount to be visible.

Defective or incorrect products
Have you received a damaged item or was your order delivered incorrectly? Please contact us immediately at info@littlelivo.nl; we will ensure a quick resolution and reimburse any return costs.
